International Real Estate has been formed as a joint venture partnership between
Ebram Investments and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). The company’s first
development project, known as Sawari, is situated on a prime, seafront parcel of
land next to the Bahrain Causeway. The project has been designed as a
combination of four, 10-story towers. Two of the towers will house furnished
hotel apartments and the other two towers will be developed as luxury
apartments. Given its proximity to the Causeway, its beachfront view, and its
unique features, this iconic project will become a destination for local
residents as well as business and tourist travelers.
